The Buckman Breakdown

Good morning grasshoppers! Welcome to The Buckman Breakdown where new 40+min episodes are uploaded every Monday and Friday analysing whatever fight is going down on the weekend plus discussing MMA news. Hosts Gary Buckman and Japanese Bruce Buffer go hard in the metaphorical "paint" so to speak, when speaking about the more abstract concepts of MMA such as anthropomorphic attributes, taunting, concentric vs eccentric strength, neurological blueprints, game plan implementation, the utility of specific techniques and the mental warfare inside and outside the cage. Gary Buckman boasts am impressive "I've got one subject left in my Sports Science degree" qualification while Japanese Bruce Buffer not only has a black belt in every martial art practised in the northern hemisphere including origami, but also was the guru of the great Steven Seagal.
