Fat boy Buckman is back with a progress update. This episode Ik go into detail on my training/nutrition plan for today and go as deep as I can in the topics covered which include how best to weigh yourself, my training program today including weights and reps, progression from last week, how bodybuilders train and what exercises I perform and why in combination and overall rantness.

Success comes with discipline, the trick is to make it easy to be disciplined by feeling good while being disciplined. Make the chore feel good so you want to complete it going hungry is for noobs.
